RP1 Forms & CBW Empty

A couple of weeks back, I sent in my completed RP1 forms to CBW, in the hopes of getting some money from the Redundancy Payments Office.

On the 4th, Tess Whitney e-mailed me and told me that she'd be sending my forms to the RPO, but as of today the RPO hasn't recieved them.

Is anyone else in a similar situation, or have any idea how long it takes CBW to sort things like this out?

No feedback at all yet from either CBW or the Government.
