to be clear...
if you are were using albany as umbrella and go through their payroll, then you are an 'employee' whether you are contracting or an actual albany staff member.
if you are invoicing albany from your own company and only using them for their "tax solutions", with no payroll., then you have a B2B relationship and are not an 'employee'.
there is a difference. as a B2B you are fall under different legislation to employee, and the rights of each is different.
