My money is with Mirasol, am I really an Albany creditor?

Hi,

Sadly I have a rather substantial amount with Mirasol from my time working in Sweden.

I have contacted the group taking legal action but as yet have had no reply to my follow up emails where I try to validate their intentions and veracity.

Should I give up on this legal action track and should I consider myself an Albany creditor despite the funds allegedly being with Mirasol?
